Though I read widely — across different genres, reading levels, and for different purposes — I go through phases where I will try to get my hands on as many works by one author as I can. It’s a great way to really get to know someone’s body of work, writing/illustrating style, their back story and intentions…their raison d’etre. Along the way, you might stumble upon a new favorite, or even find a true dislike for one writing style or another — and both are okay. The journey to these little discoveries is what makes a Bookworm, a Fan Girl, a lifelong champion for books!
